| Our drivers are at arrivals to escort you to your car/coach. Your luggage is taken care of, while you enjoy the days paper, mineral water, and continue on your journey. Clients can also avail of our V.I.P. Service where they are greeted at the steps of the plane on arrival, escorted to a V.I.P. lounge for refreshments while their luggage is transferred to their car/coach. They are then escorted to their vehicle. On departure they exit straight from the V.I.P. lounge to the aircraft. T&T has created a conference package that goes beyond the usual 'meet & greet' service. We will liase with your respective personnel in recommending suitable venues for a Conference or Meeting. Once the venue has been chosen we will be pleased to co-ordinate all Delegate transfers through our chauffeur and coach division. T&T is capable of tackling the most demanding logistics involved when dealing with larger groups especially when transfers are required from various airports. Flight arrivals are constantly monitored to ensure that earlier than scheduled planes are always met. All conference programmes will be managed by an on site co-ordinator who will be contactable on a 24hr basis. Flexibility of your requirements will be our priority and we will provide additional vehicle hire should schedules have to be amended. We are also able to assist with the arranging of your Delegates Dining and social requirements. Team building events as diverse as Paintball to Quad Biking to Horse Riding to Golf can also be arranged. |
